Common issues

Notifications not firing

Check iOS notification permissions and Focus modes. If reminders are enabled but you’re not seeing alerts, confirm the schedule and that notifications are allowed for the app.

Data visibility / restores

PepCalc Pro is local-first. Data is stored on your device. Reinstalling the app may remove data; iOS device backups may restore data depending on system settings.

Export questions

Exports are user-initiated. CSV and PDF files are saved to locations you choose via the iOS share sheet.
